Floral Design & Bouquets

My parents owned a greenhouse for 10 years when I was a child so I have lots of happy childhood memories of being surrounded by flowers. My Mom had gorgeous gardens surrounding our 100+ year old farm house and she taught me how to make simple and stunning bouquets gathered from our home garden.

I don’t have any professional experience with floral design so what you see here is simply my creativity at work. Many of the flower bouquets featured have been created by flowers surrounding our home, local flower farms or from store bought flowers. I’m not looking for perfection, my only goal to bring the beauty of nature inside.

In my quest for simple living in 2024 I am no longer on social media – instead I’ll be posting galleries of floral bouquets, dried floral projects, and centerpieces on this page. The gallery below are images from 2023.

In July of 2024 I attended Tallulah Rose Flower School – you can check out my post with a summary of the course and photos of my floral designs at Tallulah Rose Flower School: My Immersion Course
