Strawberry shortcake is one of my Dad's favorite desserts! Last summer when I was visiting him in Iowa we picked up some strawberries and I created this very simple strawberry shortcake biscuit recipe with ingredients we had on hand. This recipe makes 4 biscuits and bakes in just 14 minutes - fast and delicious!
