Peach Pie Smoothie*
This is a special recipe in our house and it’s super simple to make. In our house, this will always be known as Grammie Kelly’s peach pie smoothie and it was the last meal I made for my Mom before she passed. It tastes like summer in a glass and is creamy, smooth, and delicious! Taking a sip transports me back in time where I am sitting by her side reading, talking, praying, reminiscing, and giving gratitude for a full life of love and kindness she blessed her family with. We hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as we do! Serves 2.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of frozen peach slices
- 1 small fresh banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Mint garnish (optional)
Step 1: Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Garnish with fresh mint if you would like.
Step 3: Enjoy!
