Friday Flowers 3.19.2021

Today’s flower arrangement is made with love for a dear friend who is having surgery next week. Hopefully each time she looks at the bouquet she will be reminded that she has the support of friends and family. I have started to research the meaning of specific flowers and what they symbolize. For example, in this arrangement I use fuchsia and a golden yellow freesia. Freesia flowers represent friendship, trust, thoughtfulness and innocence. I also used white ranunculus which represents charm and attractiveness – I am choosing to translate this as, we attract the friendships and people we need in our lives. We are all connected and each one of us has a unique purpose. While I may be focusing on sharing the beauty of home and garden on this site, it is also my hope that I can inspire you to see the beauty in each person you come into contact with.
