Friday Flowers 3.26.2021
This week my Friday Flowers come to you from one of my favorite places, our family lake house. There is a gorgeous view of the lake, a wide variety of birds to enjoy, and a nice walking path for morning and afternoon strolls. As a busy full-time working mama and now teacher to my teen daughter (homeschooling due to the pandemic) taking the time to make floral arrangements is one of the few things I do for myself. It brings me a sense of calm and peace and then satisfaction as I see them…

Friday Flowers 3.5.2021
Setting aside time on Friday afternoon to make floral bouquets has been a weekly tradition of mine for many years – it’s a signal that the busy work & homeschooling week is coming to a close and the rejuvenation and slower pace of the weekend is near. My Mom and I would photograph our Friday bouquets and then text them to each other making the miles (~1800) between us feel inconsequential for that moment in time. Now I am sharing my bouquets with you with the hope that they bring you joy, a moment of peace in seeing such simple beauty, and the feeling that all is well despite everything…
